there are several characters that will be at the circus that lucas may or may not want to take a hold of, i have them planned in my head, would you like me to submit the main ones or just say 'hey this is this guy and this is what he does and omg hi lucas i like you let's do it omg!'

You should probably make new characters if you plan on using them. Npcs like store clerks and whatnot don't need a profile though.

I mean submitting them. You can have as many characters as you want so long as you submit them and they're accepted.
