Project 31. Codename: Despair

Name: Unknown. (But you might figure it out)
Alias(es): Despair, Project 31, Veni Vidi Vici
Gender: Female
Age: By my calculations... about sixteen. She was born not too long after Jack's Legacy
History: After taking over Project 538 Jack began a secondary series of experiments. They did not follow the idea of making the "perfect" being, no. Nor did they rely mostly on science. Using the DNA of Specter, Jack and several other, unknown, specimens Jack began combining and retooling them. When the sample was perfected Jack had Specter destroy the labs. Later, after creating and carefulling examining Chael's (and six other creatures) beings in a more... spirtual sense Jack began a series of rituals and experimants that created Despair. She was born in the body she currently has. The first sound she made was along, drawn out, scream.
Appearance: Black hair, eyes and blood. She appears to be in her late teens and has a mousey face. She bites her nails. Her teeth are all fangs. She is quite thin. She has multiple scars along her body, mostly small. Jack is not certain how she gained these as he has made sure that the staff, nor herself, harm her. More curiously, they appear to change whenever she is not being seen. She is kept in a mental institute, occasionally moving to a hospital when examinations are being done. She does not, there fore, wear shoesand often wears loose white clothes.
Personality: She has been driven quite mad. Not by any of the experiments but by something horrible that happened before she was "born". She will not often act, and only when provoked.
Objects:The Grail.
Weapons: She is one.
Abilities: She has the ability to see the future. She does not appear to be killable and is also quite strong and telekentic, judging by Chael's attempt to murder her. The rest are unknown but the temperature will rapidly drop when she enters a room.
