SPEAKING of the objects being great and terrible. I had a thought! Me and devin do a lot of roleplaying by ourselves with our own characters, and we came up with a system to get the objects. I would be happy to run another topic on this board for people who'd like to go through object trials. Here's my idea on how it works, and i'm totally fine for any suggestions you might have to improve/change it if you think it's a good idea at all in the first place.
You pick an object and someone else omits parts of the story. The seeker, through whatever means, gets ahold of the parts left over and can then search for the object. We will either roll dice or do some random number picking system for certian things that happen. Definite places rolls will be are when you go to the mental institution/halfway house/where the fuckever there will be a roll to see if the object is at that place. If not then you get escorted out and have to try somewhere else. There will be other rolls for if you have to fight something or something like that, or if you have more than one option you'd have to roll to see which you'd pick, but only if you don't know what the items are. Obviously if you can see the items your character would know which one it wanted.
Finally, there could be some predetermined rolls. I'm willing to work on all the stories and cut them up accordingly, at that time i'd also make rolls for if the story that you found is still the same, if the object has or hasn't been taken by another seeker, and a chance roll to see if anything will randomly go horribly and completely fucking wrong.
